the stock market - euro correlation is broken
The US stock market priced in euros has definitely broken out of the 2 year range and it is taking off. The dollar-euro carry trade has been unwinding real fast.

The medium term correlation between the SPX and the euro index has gone almost all the way to -1, indicating that the two series have become anti-correlated. The long term correlation is slow to catch up, but it should show something later this summer.
