NTVI alias NMDV

Continuing my quest in the stock market dungeon, I'm going to check what happened
to a stock that was recommended to me by email on July 14, 2004, by
"Micah Lozano" pnjoluwyu@msn.com. It's Niche Media Ventures, Inc. (NTVI).
Only reason to buy is "Joint Venture Expected To Generate Over $12.5 Million in Monthly Revenues" with a target of $2.5-3.5 from a current price of $0.75. The following statement from this email is absolutaly hilarious:

How many times have you seen new issues explode but you couldn't get your hands on them? We are alerting you to a special company with a unique business model that is set to explode in next 1 month -- this is your chance to get in at the very beginning!

This is also a chance to get in early, where usually only institutional investors get in, at the beginning. The average investor rarely gets the opportunity to get new issue shares at the beginning because brokers give them all to hedge funds and clients that do thousands of dollars of commission business with them, thereby leaving the small individual out in the COLD!

Yahoo! tells me that NTVI has changed to NMDV, and not much more. The OTC BB site
has the following chart:

This is what happened to the stock price of this Company after July 14, 2004.
Of course, the target prices mentioned in the email are nowhere to be found.

I was unable to find any financial report or other filings about this Company. However searching for the name of the Company on Yahoo! gives a few business wires dating from 2004 concerning NTVI and the Company web site. It looks like a digital media marketing business for indipendent DVD labels. However, this seems like a recent initiative, since the older business wires talk about a "proprietary suite of Web and telephony business services" or about "paintball and martial arts equipment".
